Scheduler: PDF Batch date/time error?
  • Alexander     Alexander January 22, 2014 10:23AM
    All,

I get an error in one of our schedulers. The error is "DUMP BUG HANDLER Header Foutrapport Message Unable to re-parse: time -262800000 s 196901 f yyyyww"

This causes the batch output to skip files that needed to be generated. All PDF files that need to be published in this tasks are skipped.

    Please advise asap.

    Thanks!
    Alexander

If you are experiencing problems with Date/Time: Week and are using "yyyy-ww", you need to change this to "YYYY-ww".

    See this post:
    http://forums.visokio.com/discussion/comment/7238/#Comment_7238

More detail regarding "Week year" format, note that it is case sensitive and it is uppercase "YYYY"

We have added more diagnostics for this to Omniscope. If anyone else is experiencing a similar problem it is available for download now from daily builds, Omniscope 2.8 b1199 23rd of January 2014.

This problem is resolved by installing the latest 2.8 build. Thanks

    Hi,

We are planning our upgrade from 2.8 to 2.9. We thought that this issue has a different behaviour in both versions?

Can you confirm that dateformatting in 2.8 is the same as in 2.9?

    Thanks

The fix will be carried over to 2.9, so you shouldn't see a difference, otherwise please get in touch.
