I’ve run into an issue. I just can’t get the Visokio Enterprise service started. The service account is a member of the local admins and is set in local group policy to be able to log on as a service. Any ideas?
"Windows could not start the Visokio Enterprise service on Local Computer. Error 1053: The service did not respond to the start or control request in a timely fashion."
Could you make sure that you can start Omniscope and that it is activated. Then use the same account username/password in the Services login details and check that it all works. Hey Guillem I'm running it under a service account, I'm also logged into the server as the same user. Omniscope 2.9 launches, I don't get prompted to activate but the service will not start. Note I have already activated the product during the install following the installation. I'm stuck on step 8 (Starting the service).
