Formulae: Calculating 12-month Moving Average from daily data?

If we have volume (orders) everyday about 20-30 orders per day, what is the best way to calculate moving average for 12 months? Are there any automated function or we have to write a formula?

Tai - Moving averages are usually calculated using SUBSET function syntax. See examples here:
