Phillipa - If your file still has its workflow history, you can view the workflow in a DataManager tab by adding one from:

Tabs > New > DataManager

You can also add a DataManager view into an existing tab by selecting:

Add view > DataManager

All DataManager tabs in a given file show the same workflow, so you should not need more than one.

If a previously-populated DataManager tab comes up blank, it means that the IOK file has been saved without its history....and cannot be refreshed. In this case, you need to find a copy of the master IOK which still has the history, and can still be refreshed.

I managed to recreate it as you said by choosing new data manager in the tab menu.
