When we import a csv into Omni where there is the string 'unknown' somewhere in a record, Omni registers a null value. I'm not sure if this is actually a bug if it's intentional, is there a way round this?
Thanks for your question. You need to uncheck the 'Auto-convert to empty' option when importing the CSV file. This is available in Omniscope 2.6.
The 'Auto-convert to empty' option appears in the 'Parsing' section of the import configuration panel and automatically converts several different values to null (n/a, unknown, not known etc) when they are encountered.
