I'm having trouble refreshing a data grab via Brandwatch (BW) feeds this week - the login and password is in place and the operation box confirms having a successful connection though no data sets are being downloaded. To be sure, is the connection to BW currently experiencing difficulties or is this a result of the update to version 2.6 b745? Please advise. Thank you.
It appears that Brandwatch have changed the name of the columns in some of their reports. We were not aware of this change up until now. This change meant the Omniscope Brandwatch connector was no longer importing any data, and this will effect ALL Omniscope releases up to now.
We have fixed this and this fix will be available in tomorrow's Omniscope release.
