Improving Floating Map Navigator: Zoom to fit map or visible data?

    When using the Map view, the floating Navigator should have 2 options available to make it more user-friendly:
    - Zoom to fit map
    - Zoom to fit visible data

    Actually, it also should allow to switch between the different modes.

    Pascal - Both of these options are available on the View Toolbar Zoom icon drop down. Is your idea that these options should be available on the floating Navigator when the View Toolbar is hidden? If the View Toolbar is hidden, there is currently no way to launch the Navigator. Currently there is also no way for the file Owner/Publisher to save a file such that the floating Navigator appears when the file is opened. Presumably, these pre-conditions are part of the idea?
