    Batch Append does not currently conyain import parameters - I would like to batch append a folder of pipe delimited files that I can import using the 'File' command that using Batch Append import as a mess. Is there a work around or simply add each file individually.

    Can I use Enteprise to do the import/append action for me?

    Try to do the batch append of the pipe delimited files, then put in an expand operation and expand the data into fields with the pipe as a separator.

    If you change the file type in the batch append operation you can configure the input options for that type of file. So in this instance you would change the file type to 'TXT' and then select 'Type: Text/delimited'. You should then be able to select the delimiter options.
