I'm using the 'Output batch' function to create xlsx files.
I'd like to know if it's possible to create these files imposing a particular font (different from xlsx standard one).

This is because this automatically created xlsx files will be used to populate ppt documents passing specific data and these presentation will have to satisfy company defined standards.
