Bar Chart options

Only just started using 2.6, so my question is quite basic.

In 2.5 I used to have a side menu in bar chart view that enabled me to suppress the "other" option and to show all columns using a scroll bar (I often have up to 50 columns).

In 2.6 I cannot find this option any more. Where should I be looking?
