Viewer: LoadLibrary error 126?

Hi
One of our Omniscope free Viewer users is encountering an error where the message is flashed with this info:

LoadLibrary failed with error 126:
The specified module could not be found.

See screen grab attached. Would you know the possible root cause of this error?

Dom - Can you tell us what version of the free Viewer the user has installed, and what version of Omniscope last edited/refreshed the IOK file they are opening?

The end user's free viewer is version 2.9 b1581, opening an iok file created by 2.9 v1544.

This might not be an Omniscope error.

You can find more info by Googling the error text. The user might need a graphic card upgrade.
