Error Message: "The external data source DataManager is not available. Make sure that the file has not been renamed, moved, or deleted. Check your network connection is working."
There were few network (SharePoint) connected data-sources, which had moved. I always thought Omniscope would maintain a snapshot & the data-flow would 'break' only if the user explicitly attempted to update the data-source (which was moved).
Sorry for any inconvenience...Should have checked thoroughly (although this error was witnessed for the first time)
Rohan - You can change the refresh/update behaviour on each DataManager source block, even turn it off...and if you want to build a reporting data flow that uses a local static snapshot of a data source (in IOK format) you can do that too, but it does not happen by default, since the assumption is that all data sources are potentially changing at any time.
The default setting on all Source blocks is to monitor each remote data source for changes and refresh on any change, unless refresh behaviour options are explicitly changed for a given source.
