Versions: Web Publishing in version 2.9?

I don't suppose the Web-Publishing aspect of Omniscope is fully functional on the latest update? I am asking as sometimes we would like to share some of our reports with users that don't have access to Omniscope and this idea is great - just doesn't work?
Any advice would be great -

Hi, I am using 2.9 Desktop (just updated) but I don't have the Server Edition. The web browser version is a great concept for those people that don't have the free Viewer Edition and can't download it. The web browser version of the IOK file enables you to send a link for someone to have a look at quickly.
It also looks cool too!
