How to make works a conversion pixel without a relation with a banner or an advert, and then make it work together a segment pixel too? in app nexus?

Could you clarify a bit the problem you are trying to solve? Are you trying to track views/impressions of your HTML/JS content placed inside an Omniscope IOK file, for example inside a Content View?

You seem to want to use AppNexus technology/analytics?

Do you also have other HTML/JS web pages such as your Omniscope download pages being tracked on the open internet as well?

I just want to track on app nexus with out creating a line item or a campaign, i need the pixel fire with out this

That sounds like a question for AppNexus. Pixel tracking of content displayed in Omniscope is possible, but each service will have its own implementation.
