Formulae: Entering literal Date/Time values in formulae

You cannot enter literal Date/Time values directly into a formula as text. Instead, you must use a TEXTTODATE function and enclose the literal value characters, and the Date/Time formatting mask characters specifying the exact Date/Time format the literal value will be compared with inside single or double quotes:
