Idea: Pivot View 2.8-Fixing total column/rows?

Hi, a few question on formatting of the new 2.8 Pivot table:

Is there a way to fix the "Total Row" to the bottom of the table when using the 2.8 Pivot Table?

Is there a way to manually adjust the column width? For example, the Y pane title column (the grouping column), or the X pane title columns (the measures column)

Also the row height when pivoting by more than one (1) coloumn is not constant for the pivot view/cannot be manually set

We are also trying to do something similar to Dom. Would be great to be able to have the total rows fixed for when scrolling/highlighting.
