Sources: FTP connectivity issue?

I am having problem connecting to an FTP location to pick up a CSV file. I have seen several different error messages including I/O error, Error: Unsupported or unknown file type and Network error.

I did read a related feed however have still not managed to connect

Hi Anna,

Could you let us know the exact version of Omniscope you are using. Would it also be possible to let us know the full path of the FTP file (please blank out any sensitive parts) you are trying to open. Finally, could you try it again and let us know what error message you are seeing now.
