Database table source block not updating

Had a curious case where a database table source was not loading all the rows from the table and query. MS SQL Database showed 60 rows and the datablock showed 59 rows. Update was used to no affect, block changed from Table to SQL query, and duplicated to no affect. We created a new block with the same query which solved the issue.
The block had been working previously, and spotted when the output suddenly dropped rows after a recent update all run on the iok file.
