We have a new ISP and received the following error messages:
Database error An error occurred connecting to or querying the database. Communications link failure The last packet sent successfully to the server was 0 milliseconds ago. The driver has not received any packets from the server.
Detailed information Network error: A network error has occurred. Please check your connection and try again. Connection timed out: connect
I don't recall having to provide any IP or ISP information when we installed Omniscope.
