Pivot View - Total row

HI,
Is it possible to have a formula in the Total Row instead of Sum?
It would be very useful as I have many metrics (CPC, CTR, RR) to present in the Pivot View which cannot be summed up to a total value.

Please have a look at the attached screen shot. I would like to show for each Site an overall CTR which should be calculated using a formula (total clicks/total impressions) instead of aggregated value.

Hi. This isn't possible at the moment. I've classified this as an idea, so please vote if you would like this implemented.
