Merge - Not bringing in all records.

Hi Guys.
I have a strage merge issue (again), Or possibly I have misunderstood how it works. I have merged two sides of sets of data (as attached) and asked it to bring in all merged records and all non matching on both sides. I thought this would then show me all records from both sides. Bring me a total. So if I had 10 records on one said and 11 on the other regardless of how many match I should have 21 records?
This is not happening. Have I misunderstood. Both sides are ints.

Tried as both text and same thing happens.

Ignore!!!! Got it. You have to count the joined pair twice. SORRY!
