Hi, - I have in different reports a map of the Netherlands. The same part misses is missing in all the maps. Could this be that the caching of the map image went wrong? How can I "re-cache" the image? When opening the same dashboard on another PC, the map completely shows. Thanks, Alexander
Alexander - this can be caused by a corrupted download of one of the mapping tiles, which stays in your local machine cache and yet does not display properly. To replace it in your local machine, you need to go to Settings > Advanced > Clear online resource cache
