Raul - Yes, you can configure DataManager data flows to include (multiple) Output blocks (with an auto-publish on source data change option) to create/refresh files in other formats. There is also the Batch Output feature that allows you to specify, in a separate Batch Control IOK file, a list of file recipients, defining for each person/group the personalised rows/columns in each shipping data set, the personalised (empty or stale data) Omniscope pre-configured IOK template files to pouplate on refresh, and many other file security and other automated publication/distribution options.
