In the last day or so there has been a problem with the Omniscope Facebook connector. You may have noticed that your connector stopped working. The Facebook connector should now be working again. This issue occurred caused because of some changes made by Facebook to the way that the Facebook applications can login and download information from the Facebook server.
Up to now after you connect for the first time you do not need to connect again unless you want to login as a different user or if you add a new Facebook block to your workflow. This will shortly change to a 60-day expiry on your login. This means that you will need to re-connect in your Facebook block after 60 days in order for you to continue to be able to download data.
We will be adding some status information to the Facebook block that will let you know how much time is remaining before you need to login again.
