Supressed warning messages

Is it possible to have an option to suppress warning messages on open rather than having to say "no" when it asks about reverting to recommended settings each time (there's a couple I need turned on as standard)?

I don't quite follow what you mean. However, you can hide/enable suppressable messages in two different ways at the current moment in time.
- From Settings > Advanced > Suppressed messages and tick/untick the appropriate Suppress messages you do not wish to hide/show.
- By editing the config.properties in the branding folder (if you want some help with this option give us a call).
- From Settings > Advanced > Suppressed messages and tick/untick the appropriate Suppress messages you do not wish to hide/show.
