Fixing 2 differnet Y axis value ranges independent of the data

Hi,
Can we have a manual scale value's for both right and the left Y axis. Please find the attached snapshot for your reference.

can the user fix the scale to a standard value on both axis Left and Right?

Rajesh - I have re-classified this as an idea assuming you mean that the user will specify the upper and lower limit of both Y-axes as input values independent of the actual data values to be plotted. If you don't mean this, can you be more specific on what the problem is that you are trying to solve?

this would be great to have!
it would allow the user to show the data in relation to maximum scale, for instance, instead of merely the scale of the data itself. -
