Hi - I am creating an .iok file to send to one of our clients where I want the user to be able to look at correlations between two numerical fields of their choice. However, as it currently stands, they can see all fields (including text, categories and numerical) just as I can when I am creating the files. Is there anyway that I can restrict the options that they can see with the axis' so they don't click on two non-numeric fields (or certain fields that may not be relevant) to avoid confusion? Many thanks
Tom - If you click on the Grap View Axis chooser, at the top of the menu to the right side you will see a small blue spanner (wrench) that drops down a menu to control the visibility of each field as an option. Click Show: None at the top to hide all field options other than the displying field from all future file recipients. Click individual field Show indicators to add them back. Click the blue arrow alongside each field's Show indicator pointing right to generalise this visibility setting for:
all views on the same tab, for this same view in all tabs, or for all views in all tabs.
This works the same for restricting visibility of paning options as well.
