Derived percentage field showing different numbers

Hi,
Currently I have a field which is derived. I have converted this field to percentages. However, in trying to flash this out in a bar chart, it is showing a different percentages altogether.
I have tried toggling between 2 formula options and I realised that it is showing me the results if the "Calculate group result values over formula field results" option is selected instead of "Calculate formula field results for group result values" (both of which can be found under the Formula tab) - values of which I would want to show in the bar chart.
Is there any way to work around this?

If you wish to recalculate formulas upon aggregated data (sums or means of other columns) outside of the table view, you must use the "Aggregate" drop-down (found in every view). Tick the field you wish to aggregate by (I expect this is the field you are splitting by in the bar view), then, in the same Aggregate drop-down, choose "(Formula result)" for the *unchecked* field you are using as the measure.
