Gayatri - Currently, in addition to the Cover Page (opens before the file) and the Back Page (opens after the file is closed) available under Settings > Branding, there is also a file-configurable Help Screen available from Help > Edit Help Page.

Any amount of text, images and and live links can be added to this Help Screen which opens by default when the file opens and is accessible from the question-mark link on the far right of the Main Toolbar.

Thanks a lot Tom, it was a piece of cake. Can you please also tell me if we can customise the contact details. Currently they are set to Visokio contact details, if possible, we would like to customise them to VRL contact details.

Tom, also could you please let me know if I can add or remove any menu options. I would like to customise some of them please.

Gayatri - Yes, you can remove all the icons from the Main Toolbar any given tab

Toolbars: Toolbar settings > {Main Toolbar} Main toolbar (the one at the very bottom) and then expand the list and untick everything you do not want to show on that tab whenever the Main Toolbar is visible.

Tom, Thanks, but i dont want to remove all the icons from the main toolbar.
I just want to remove some of them, while leaving some of them there.

Gayatri - you can choose icon by icon...just tick and un-tick...if you are doing full branding of the installation, you can even modify the icons.
