Can't see video links from YouTube

could you tell me if there's anything wrong in the steps that i'm doing? I'm trying to add some tv spots i uploaded to youtube, but they don't appear in the "web view".

When I said sample file I meant the file which is showing the problem. The example file you have posted works fine.

Yes I can see both Youtube boxes. Can you ensure you are using the latest build of Omniscope 2.6. I have tested your file using 2.6 b662 and it works fine.

Another problem could be that Internet Explorer which Omniscope uses behind the scenes is blocking access. For further information on this please see http://www.visokio.com/kb/troubleshooting it has a potential solution to the problem.

i got the lastest, 2.6 b666 and i can't see the 2 boxes with the videos. i've tried in 2 different computers and it's the same thing. any suggestion ?

I did everything i read in the troubleshooting site and still can't see the boxes! but i opened the same file in the omniscope viewer and they appear without problems. i don't know what to do, i need it to a presentation. i'll really appreciate if u could help me with another solution
