    Hi there

    I've got a data set that I'm pulling in via the GA connector which contains a text field with a mixture of English and double-byte characters. The data looks fine in data manager but when it's displayed in a bar view the double-byte values are displayed as '?????????'. Please could someone advise how to fix this?

    Scott - please send us the file(s)... did you prepare all/both files on the same machine?

    You may need to change the file font to one that supports double-byte, like Arial Unicode MS...

    Settings > Application font > Installed fonts > Arail Unicode MS
