Descriptive Field Notes currently must be entered through the Data > Manage fields > Options menu for each individual field. Could field note generation be automated via uploading a .txt look up file in the field organiser?

In addition it would be useful to populate the Field Notes from Excel comments, perhaps as an option in the File Source Block.
