    I'm using the Professional version - would it be possible to suggest the best way to display in one view all the filters that are currently applied to a dataset? Is the Portal view the best option with a dataset containing 100+ fields?

    The Portal view summarises the remaining data after filters have been applied. If you want to summarise the filters, make sure the side bar is showing and the inactive filters have been hidden. Or, use a Content View and write (manually) a summary of the filters.
