Pivot Tables

    Hi,
I have two questions on the pivot table view i hope you can help me with:

    1. If my measure in the pivot table is a formula, and i am say aggregating by week and brand, the aggregation will allow me to have formula result in the table, however if i add a total row i cannot get the formula result only a sum/mean etc for example of all the data which is not the same. Is it possible to make total rows formula results?

    2. Also within pivot tables, are you able to change the colouring from red being low and green high where it may be that low numbers are actually 'good' and so green would make more sense being low?

    Many thanks

    Tam

    1. Not currently possible - can you achieve the desired effect using weighted mean? Alternatively try using a separate pivot view with different aggregation settings for the totals.

    2. Yes. If colouring by a field, you can change the colours for that field using Data > Manage fields > Options > Value colouring (or thereabouts). You can also customise defaults for all fields in Style > Data colours.
