Is Decimal to Date/Time possible?

I'm pulling in avg time on site from Google Analytics in decimal format (i.e. 66.96) and want it to show in mm:ss format (i.e. 01:07). I tried to do this in the field organizer, adding in date:time field w/ "mm:ss" formatting and pulling in decimal values. Doesn't seem omniscope recognizes this and parses it correctly.
