Array Formula - is it possible?

Is it possible to include an Array Formula (or something similar) when manipulating the data?
This array formula is similar to the one found in Excel and which starts/ends with { }
Could you please let me know? -

The closest equivalent are the SUBSET functions such as:
SUBSET_SUM([Price], SUBSET([region], "EMEA"))
