Currently, the Omniscope File > Print as PowerPoint or Acrobat .PDF commands print only the visible aspects of each tab/display. Try using Grouping (Table View) or Aggregation options to show what you need to communicate in hard copy. If you really must print 100s of rows at granular level, export the data to Excel and print from Excel.
