Numeric formats

Hi guys, question on formats of numeric values.
In Holland we use a komma for decimal and a dot as thousand seperator. This is also they way my pc is configured.
Our English clients however, expect the UK format which is the other way around (komma for thousand and dot for decimal). I can do this by changing my settings in Windows in the Configuration menu. As you will understand this is a bit annoying. Is there a way in Omniscope we can deal with this? The locale field doesn't do the job. One reason is that sometimes we create a numeric value out of a textvalue (e.g. uniquevaluecount) and then the locale is of no use.

Hope you can advice. Thanks, Arjan

never mind people. problem is solved at clients end.

Another related question is about the content view. In the content view we use a formula to calculate a value. By default the thousand seperator is always a komma, which is okay for the UK but not for Holland. How can we change this to a dot? Thanks, Arjan

Omniscope uses the correct thousand separator character for the language chosen in the Tools menu. By default this matches the system locale.

hi steve, in general this is indeed the case.
But when using the content view it always uses the komma for thousands

The thousand separator character for the Content view was fixed in 2.6-alpha b533.
