I have an Omniscope file that worked on XP prior to upgrade to Windows 7 64 bit. I now get the error "Invalid string or buffer length" when setting this up in the Omniscope file after entering the authentication details.

When I set up the connection in Data Source Admin using the odbcad32.exe and test it the connection is successful. Details are:
