Long time to load and open omniscope

Hi,
I depivot my database three times, which actually expands my file from 144 rows to 345600 rows and my files contains a number of formula fields. Just wondering if it is the reason causing me to spend 10 mins to open the file. Does it happen to anyone else in the forum? is there any way to minimise the "read" time?
