    My hard drive crashed/was rebuilt by the IT department, but when I re-install Omniscope, I cannot activate with my license key?

    If you or your IT department does not de-activate your installation prior to re-building your machine, your license key will remain set to 'in use' and you will not be able to activate another installation on the re-built or a new machine using that key. In this case, you should contact us.
