USA Map Lat Long missing

I am mapping my local ad spend resource markets to Place Name file 'ISOCodesCities'. There are several lats and longs for Lexington, none of which are Lexington, Kentucky.
May be doing something completely wrong; if so let me know. Thank you!

Lexington United States of America US USA 842 -80.26 35.81
Lexington United States of America US USA 842 -81.23 33.98

You have not used the correct file, for your scenario you should use "States and Cities". You need to use different merge data depending on your scenario, you should also use a combination of merge criteria to filter out the data.
