export data - restrict by field

Hello
The ability to export reports from Omniscope is brilliant - but it appears to be a pain to restrict by field so that the export only produces the columns you want where the data set has a large number of columns

is there a quick way of doing this

Harry - the FIle > Export > Export files dialogue enables you to specify both the Subset (ALL, IN, OUT, SELECTED, Named Queries, etc.) and also the fields (columns) to export in the file format of your choice. Both options are on the upper right of the Export dialogue box.

And if you need to export a particular subset of fields often, set up a tab with a single Table view specifically for this. Show the fields you want in the table view, and use view Tools menu > "Export view data" when you need to export.
