    When using a de-pivot block in datamanager, i think it would be better if you could define which fields you want to EXCLUDE from the de-pivot so that when you put newer data sources in (with more date fields that need to be de-pivoted) it would automatically assume that the new data was meant to be de-pivoted, rather than having to go in and alter the datamanager every time the source files are updated.

    Hi Matt,

    Thanks for your suggestion. This is a good idea and we will try and implement this as part of the Omniscope 2.6 release. The way I see this working is that we provide you with the ability to specify if you want to include or exclude the selected fields. That way we retain the existing functionality but allow you to specify an exclusion list instead.
