User manuals in 2.6

Good morning,

When do you plan to have user manuals and training guides in 2.6 available for:
- Free viewers
- Pro users
- DM users
- Enterprise users

The only current documentation I can find is a pdf file on 2.5 (http://www.visokio.com/files/Resources/OUGuide/999_PDF/OmniscopeUserGuide_LATEST.pdf) which is a "pdf-ized" version of the website and a training guide which is more a check list and (http://www.visokio.com/configuration-checklist) is also a 2.5 version.

Pascal,

Documentation won't be begun until 2.6 is in beta. It's currently in alpha and still undergoing changes.

When we enter beta, which will be very soon, we'll begin documenting 2.6. This will take a far simpler approach to previous releases and will comprise a comprehensive series of 5-minute training videos. Text documentation will only be used for areas not covered by the videos, such as guides to obscure functionality, reference material, and technical knowledge base articles.

In the meantime, you can get access to a range of training videos from our website at http://www.atheonanalytics.com/refresher-videos/ - the videos cover a range of key Omniscope Professional functionality, and if you search YouTube you can find some early material on Data Manager etc.
