Sorry to hear that your having problems. We are using the API provided by Google and the data is obtained from the Google server. We don't modify the data in any way, so if there are discrepancies it's likely an issue on Google's side.
In order to progress this further could you contact us directly (support@visokio.com). I think it would be worthwhile arranging a screen-share to try and see if there is an obvious solution.
We may ultimately need to contact Google on your behalf if the issue cannot be solved.
