A minor word of warning about upgrading to Windows 10. Due to changes in how Windows handles regional settings, you may find that Omniscope's interface language and data locale options (in the Settings menu) change after upgrading.
For example, if in France, you may find number/date formats start getting displayed in English.
You can resolve this in several ways:
1. Change the Windows language.
Go to Control Panel > Clock, Language and Region > Language. Add the desired language, downloading any language packs as needed. Move up to configure as default. Regional settings will follow suit automatically.
Go to Control Panel > Clock, Language and Region > Change date, time or number formats. Under "Format", change "Match Windows display language (recommended)" to the locale you want.
Start Omniscope and open the Settings menu. Change the "Interface language" and "Data locale" as needed. Restart if prompted. This will apply regardless of which IOK file you have open. (However, note that timezone settings are per-file).
