Adding mobile to publishing on my.visokio.com/uploads

Would it be possible to add an option to run an Omniscope in mobile/browser straight from publishing on my.visokio.com.
Also could a note be added on the page regarding the webstart launch and that it may work due to default of Java being blocked on most browsers?

We can't do that because my.visokio.com is a largely unmonitored temporary upload for static IOK files whereas our demo Mobile server has manual validation checks done on all files hosted.
Also unfortunately the HTML page is uploaded by the app itself, so we can't push out new text to existing applications.
I'm afraid that webstart is deprecated in most browsers and should only continue to be used in controlled environments where the recipient has Java and has guidance for opening the JNLP files.
