We've grouped a set of fixes into the following new hotfix build:

These will be integrated into the main 2.9 Plus build after further testing. Those needing these fixes should try this build and post comments here if there are any regressions found.

• New Mobile Server advanced configuration option added: "Pre-index on load". This may improve cold-load performance on large files with many tabs. Off by default; needs explicitly enabling since it may degrade performance for smaller files with fewer tabs.
  
• Fix for error serving static resources in Mobile Server
  
• Updating Mobile Server static resources whitelist to match 3.0 and include extensions such as webfonts like .woff
