hi everyone.
lately, opening a .iok file, i couldn't retrieve any data. i could, however, export it in .xls, but i couldn't visualize any data in the file. moreover, today i just updated the visokio new version and NOW I can't open any .xls file, I mean I the file comes out toally EMPY. Please help me.

Could you please post the XLS file in question. If the file is confidential, you could scramble the data or send it to us separately.

Thanks Mohamed, I thinks I solved the problem. I had lately installed an office converter (2010 edition) and I just removed it from my pc and visokio startred working again as before. Could you tell me id you know, by any chance, if there's any interference between Visokio and the 2010 office versions?

Omniscope is compatible with and supports Office 2010 file format XLSX.

We will investigate this piece of software (office converter 2010) and determine if there is interference or problem with it and Omniscope.
